PETECH 2022
The Petroleum Club is honoured and glad to act as Supporting Association to Energy Industry Review, the organizer of Power & Energy Tech Conference Vision 2050 – PETECH 2022 in Bucharest on November 17, 2022.
Autumn Outing
A wine-tasting trip has been organized for members and special guests by the Petroleum Club of Romania every autumn since 2004 (bar 2020). On October 28 this year the participants enjoyed the hospitality of Viile Metamorfosis, while Ferma Dacilor provided the wonderful scenery for lunch outdoors. The event was ideal networking for people active in the energy industry in Romania, and a good opportunity for members to discuss and plan the future events of the Association. We extend our gratitude to our sponsors, HABAU and Kit Metal.
RIGC 2022
The Petroleum Club was honoured and glad to act as Supporting Association to FPPG, the organizer of Romania International Gas Conference 2022 in Bucharest on September 21-22, 2022.
Summer Barbeque
The Annual Summer BBQ has been traditionally organized for the people "left behind” in the city during the summer holidays. The Summerfest of food, drinks and networking gathered the NRCC, Petroleum Club of Romania & BEROCC communities for a wonderful evening in the beautiful garden of the CARO Hotel in Bucharest on 18 August 2022.
Garden Party
The Petroleum Club ended the first part of the year in spectacular fashion, with a Garden Party for members and special guests at Hanu Berarilor Casa Oprea Soare in Bucharest on June 21, 2022. The event was an ideal networking opportunity for people active in the energy industry in Romania, including the new members of the Association, AMI SA, Kit Metal, PSE Engineering, and Brunnbauer Armaturen. We extended our thanks to Habau Romania and UPRUC-CTR, the sponsors of the event.
FOREN 2022
The Petroleum Club was honoured to act as Supporting Association to CNR-CME, the organizer of the FOREN 2022 conference & exhibition in Costinesti on June 12-15, 2022.
Energy Tech Day 2022
The Petroleum Club was honoured and glad to act as Supporting Association to Energy Industry Review, the organizer of Energy Tech Day 2022 conference in Bucharest on May 25, 2022.
Annual General Assembly of Members
The Annual General Assembly of members of the Petroleum Club of Romania was legally convened on 31 March 2022. After analysing, debating and voting on the documents put forth for approval, members unanimously approved the Annual Report, the Financial Report, the Auditor’s Report, the 2022 Calendar of Events, and the Budget 2022 - Income and Expenses. The members elected the new Managing Board and the new Auditor for the 2022 – 2024 period. On April 21st, during the first meeting of the new Petroleum Club board members elected unanimously Mr. Karl Leidenfrost, CEO Habau, as president of the association for 2022 – 2024. Mr. Andrei Costin was elected unanimously as vice president for the same period.
Money-making cocktail
Members and friends of the Petroleum Club of Romania gathered for a networking cocktail at Robescu14 in Bucharest on March 16. The meeting was sponsored by Bitcoin Romania. While discussing the future and benefits of cryptocurrency, we also assessed the prospects of the energy industry in Romania and the region.
Networking event
Organized in cooperation with NRCC, it took place at Radisson Blu Bucharest on February 9, 2022. The meeting was a good opportunity to discuss the future of our organization and plans for 2022 in a relaxed environment.
